The name Diversity in Inclusion for Youth, DiY, is a play on the do it yourself movement--it's the extension of developing one's professional and entrepreneurial aspirations taken to the next level.

DiY's VISION

For the United States, a world leader in innovation, to be able to undoubtedly take the lead on all innovation fronts once more by bridging the divide where many of its cities have STEAM-focused universities but do not possess a tech-focused ecosystem that is willing to hire and train locally.
